I gotta say, I got a bang for my buck staying here. The room was clean and had everything I needed, even though it was a bit small. The location was great, with easy access to stations and convenience stores. The staff was helpful and they even provided detailed instructions before my trip. Worth it!
Now, the hotel breakfast could use a little improvement. Maybe more variety would be nice.

The rooms at Meldia Stay Omiya Matsuura are super cozy and comfortable. I loved the air-conditioning and flat-screen TV, perfect for chilling after exploring Kyoto. The private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer was a nice touch too. a great stay for a relaxed traveler like me!
The only thing I didn't really fancy was that the twin room didn't have a sofa. But hey, it's just my personal preference, so others might not mind it at all.

The hotel was very modern and clean. the rooms were small but cozy. One great feature was the cell phone provided in each room, which saved us money on phone charges. the location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation.
The staff at the hotel had limited English skills, which made communication a bit challenging at times. the check-in process was a bit confusing and disorganized.

The room was modern and new, with plenty of storage space and convenient USB connectors. The location was central and provided easy access to public transportation. The availability of laundry facilities was a big plus.
The self-service check-in and check-out system needs improvement. It was inefficient and confusing, with multiple emails containing different pieces of information.
